Masaba Inc. has opened up a new chapter in its manufacturing offerings by producing the highest-quality Steel Targets and releated products for Shooter First LLC.
Harold Higman Sr. founded Higman Sand & Gravel in 1939. Because equipment was hard to come by at the time, he had to be innovative in his approach. As a result, Higman Sr. designed much of his own equipment. Harold Higman Jr., born into this tradition of innovation and ingenuity, formed Masaba in 1962. Incorporating what he had learned from his father, Higman Jr. began building equipment tough enough to withstand the abuse that is inherent to the world’s mining environments.
In 1999, Higman Jr.’s son, Jerad, took the helm at Masaba. With a degree in mechanical engineering and having grown up working side-by-side with his father, Jerad knew what it takes to build the most rugged equipment in the industry, and he has since assembled a talented team that works closely with customers to provide customized solutions.
