Shooter First – Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with Shooter First. We take pride in producing high-quality steel targets, shooting accessories, and performance gear you can trust. This Refund & Return Policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled for purchases made through the Shooter First website.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
Items must be unused, unshot, and in original condition
Items must be returned in the original packaging or equivalent protective packaging
A return request must be made within 30 days of delivery
Proof of purchase is required (order number, receipt, or email confirmation)
Items NOT eligible for return:
Used, shot, damaged, or modified steel targets
Custom-made, special-order, or personalized items
Clearance or final-sale items
Items damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or unsafe handling
2. Return Process
To request a return:
Email us at info@shooterfirst.com with your order number and reason for return.
Our team will approve the return (if eligible) and send you instructions.
Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method.
Once we receive and inspect the item, we will confirm approval or denial of the refund.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect due to our error.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
Contact us within 7 days of delivery
Provide photos of the packaging and product
We will replace the item or issue a refund at no cost to you
Damage resulting from misuse, improper mounting, or unsafe shooting practices is not covered.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method
Refunds typically appear within 3–10 business days, depending on your bank
Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in the case of our error
We reserve the right to deny refunds if returned items show signs of use, damage, or wear.
5. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for:
Unused items
Items still in their original condition
Requests made within 30 days of delivery
If the replacement item has a price difference, you will be charged or refunded the difference.
6. Cancellations
You may cancel an order before it ships by contacting us immediately.
Once the item has shipped, the return policy applies.
Custom orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.
7. Warranties
Many Shooter First products—especially steel targets—include manufacturer performance expectations.
However, we do not warranty items damaged due to:
Shooting closer than recommended distances
Using calibers or ammunition outside posted specifications
Ricochet damage, angled strikes, or improper mounting
Weather exposure, rust, or normal wear
